Florida track athletes left stranded on side of road after coach’s suspended license incident

In Miami, Florida, four track athletes were booted out of a rental car purchased by their coach. The vehicle was towed because the coach was pulled over for speeding and was driving with a suspended license. The athletes' parents called the school and since the event wasn't noted, the school had no responsibility for the four children getting home and off of the highway.

If I was in this situation, my parents would be highly upset and would possible consider taking the school and/or the coach to court. I truly believe this was a very unnecessary act of stupidity and could have been avoided cautionsly. How would parents have went about to this event?

Prepare for Failure

"If one ask for success and prepares for failure, he will get the situation he has prepared for."
-Florence S. Shinn

This is saying if u prepared for something, that certain thing will happen. As showed, he prepared to fail, soo he failed at the correct moment. Although if he had prepared for success, he would have concluded to succeed. How does failure effect u?

Remarks of Trayvon

To whom in concern, my prayers go out to the family. Although the murderer of the beloved son is still roaming free among the streets, justice has yet to become. There is evidence to show that he was the alleged killer, there are also many questions left unanswered and many events from the situation left out. I strongly believe that this was a wrong crime but it wasn’t so much as a racial crime. Although there were various racial slurs, he probably was more suspension than races. There was proven fact that he did take the law into his own hands even though he was told not to.

Blooger's Choice

Today I'm blogging on my choice. I choose to blog freely about the track meet tomorrow. This will be our first one. It more as a practice meet -nothing official. This will show our strengths and weaknesses for two weeks from now at the real track meet. Have you ever ran track or been to a track meet?

Success!

What is your definition for success?  Success is when you have completed all the goals you've set or is proud at the fact that you tried your best in doing so. How do you set goals to become successful?
